As the COVID-19 Omicron spread in New Zealand grows, this is what may change for your business.
Firstly we have adjusted our online order cancellation policy, if you have an order you need to cancel due to Omicron please notify us as soon as possible. We will fully refund orders that are canceled up until midnight the night before pickup.
Customers do not enter our premises and the shop is remaining contactless at every alert level therefore vaccination passports are NOT required.
We want to assure you that we are doing everything we can as a business to keep our operations running as smoothly as possible. We have strict health and safety protocols and a stringent vaccination policy in place. Entry into our premises is limited to staff and delivery people who are required to be fully vaccinated.
However, some temporary disruptions that may include but are not limited to:
Possible temporary closures.
Alterations to hours / days open.
Limited stock availability.
As always, we are committed to providing the highest level of service for our customers and are here for you as we work through this next challenge together.
In the event and inevitability of testing positive for Covid-19 we will:
Notify customers on social media and our website.
Immediately close the shop.
Get the shop deep cleaned.
Fully refund any orders affected.
Not reopen until we receive a negative test result.
