Mama’s traditional golden syrup steam pudding made from scratch with butter, eggs, sugar, flour and lots of golden syrup. Topped with custard. Just like Nan used to make. Best heated in the microwave for 1 minute!

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT the same as burnt sugar steamed pudding which is traditionally lighter and a different consistency to golden syrup steamed pudding which is dense, decadent and delicious.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in the fridge for a day but can be stored in the freezer.
