Description
We know a thing or two about getting desserts from A to B from years of doing just that at the night market so we’ve selected what we think is the ultimate in transportable containers, packaging & temperature control.
As with everything we use the jars are sourced from a reputable supplier that has certified them as food safe, food grade, food contact safe. They are 250mls (standard cup size) are a non-toxic poly resin, strong, recyclable, travel well, can handle being frozen to -50c and are not from Temu. They will be packed in a humble polybin (because nothing under $20 outperforms them) with gel or dry ice.
On pickup your box will be road trip ready just throw it in the boot. Leave the box taped up & they’ll stay cold for at least 24 hours and if you choose to have your desserts frozen they will last much longer.
You choose the flavours just reply to your order confirmation with the ones you have chosen.
BTW After the silly season we will offer shipping of these boxes for up to 60 jars anywhere in the North Island.

Storage
Storage
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or can be stored in the freezer.
Storage
Please keep desserts refrigerated up until the best before date. Fresh is best but your desserts can also be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. When you are ready to eat put them in the fridge to defrost overnight, or on the counter if you want to eat them sooner.
Cooler box
As tempting as it may be it’s best not to open the box till you arrive at your destination, opening the box will significantly reduce the time that they will stay cold. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
On arrival remove the tape and open the box. If the gel packs are still frosty pick them up by the corner or use tongs, they are much colder than ice, pop them in the freezer they are brand new and reusable.
Give the poly bin a wipe off leave the lid off until it is completely dry and it’ll be ready to use again.
If your desserts are defrosting put them in the fridge. They can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
If they are still frozen you can you can put them back in the freezer and they’ll be good up to 6 months.
When you‘re ready to eat them put them in the fridge to defrost overnight. If you can’t wait that long leave them on the beach until they are defrosted to your liking or they are just as good to eat frozen.
