A true taste of tradition, inspired by my Northland Aunties humble trifle. We layer light, airy sponge with sweet peaches and wobbling jelly, then fill it with velvety homemade custard and clouds of whipped cream. Finished with a generous sprinkle of crumbled Cadbury Flake, it’s a nostalgic, creamy comfort that feels just like home.

Storage
Please keep your desserts chilled below 5 degrees Celsius, if not they should be consumed within 4 hours or thrown away.
Fresh is best but your desserts can also be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months. When you are ready to eat them put them in the fridge to defrost overnight.
If you are travelling out of town please pack your desserts in a chilly bin with some ice, alternatively we have a selection of Polybins and ice packs available for sale in the shop.
